Where did I see that? Need help from fellow bloggers!

Within the last few days I saw another blogger post about a way to organize bookmarks to share with students and for your own personal use. It had little squares and was something like Similo (Lord help me, I know I am butchering that word). Anyone know what I'm talking about or who posted about this?
